    Step 1

    将斋烧鹅炸脆切丁备用。Deep fry mock goose and then dice.

    Step 2

    大豆芽用白镬炒香去除异味备用。Stir-fry soy bean sprouts in wok until fragrant, dish out.

    Step 3

    爆香材料B,加入榨菜,放½茶匙糖炒匀,再加大豆芽、青红甜椒,快手炒香,加入调味料和斋烧鹅炒匀即可。Sauté ingredients B until fragrant,add in pickled mustard with ½ tsp sugar ;follow with soy bean sprouts and capsicums,stir-fry briskly and then toss in seasoning and mock goose,dish out.
